Experiences
  • Establish and deliver, for all our civil aircraft, timely and consistent solutions to the engineering issues raised by the customers on Indicating (2012-2016) and Recording (since 2016) systems.
    Deliver technical solutions in order to reduce ACARS costs by 3 millions € in 6 months for 2 operators.
  • Analyze and Identify potential impact on airworthiness, reliability, quality, operational cost, and launch appropriate corrective action with organization (SBx, Design Offices, Suppliers, EIAx,…).And ensure good adaptation of proposed fix to real customer in-service problem.
  • Provide technical presentations to Customers for A350 Entries Into Service, Technical review meetings (TRM), Fair Face To Face, Vendors TRM (Focal point for Thales).
  • Tutor end-of-study (ISAE) internship : ACMS demonstrator, useful for workshops with Airlines.
  • Create and perform A320 Indicating and A350 ACMS workshops.
  • Provide tutoring for Indicating systems newcomers.
  • Support and train during 2 months Singapore FHS-TSP Engineering team.
  • Initiate and manage "Make It ISI" project for creating the customers information documents in order to ensure and anticipate customer expectations and needs
  • Initiate and manage "CAPEX" (CAPitalisation of EXperience) project.
  • Perform Customers' feedback study for proposed "CVR readout" services, a 1,6 millions € as expected services revenues.
  • Support definition of Customer Support monitoring use cases for ADC/Fomax (part of Skywise project). Skywise is a “Apple Store” like platform.
  • Specify A350 FWS alerts (Flight Warning System)
  • Specify A350 "aircraft -1" FCU (Flight control Unit) models.
  • Define and perform QTG tests (Qualification Test Guide) of Flight Simulators for A320s, A330s and A380.

  • 2019 : Co author of a report about the visibility of African Diaspora in France for "Conseil Présidentiel pour l'Afrique d'Emmanuel Macron"
  • Since May 2017 : ENAC Alumni Board Member, an organisation of more than 25 000 alumnus
  • From 2010 to 2015 : Co founder and former vice-president of "JCDB Jeune Cadre Dynamique du Bénin", a Think Tank of under 40' Beninese executives.
  • From 2008 to 2012 : Chair the Beninese community in South west of France. Be the interface organisation for French and Beninese institutions, organize the community and organize cultural event for more than 300 people.
  • Study ATC systems incorporating Datalink in Europe
  • Design and implement a prototype of ATC interface ODS (Operating System Display) with Datalink functions interacting with a pilot position simulator.
